Proseivatel vibration UP-40, (called also "vibrosieve") is intended for sorting according to fractions of the loose and raising dust products (grain, sugar, nuts) and is applied in various areas of the industry. The convenient design of a vibrosieve allows to readjust quickly a proseivatel on various level of vibration, to change quickly a sieve and to focus a sieve on the parties of dumping. The design consists of vertically installed motor vibrator with the freights balance weights located on it sprung by trays with the sets fixed in them. Vibration fluctuations from the vibrator extend waves from the center to edges and rotate a product on a circle, sifting it through a sieve. The product which passed through a sieve gets on the lower sieve, and the product with larger fraction gets enough sleep through the lateral trays which are on perimeter.

The vertical vibration proseivatel for flour, sugar, nuts has the advantages:

• tight execution and, as a result, lack of dusting;
