✓ EDS of founders of limited liability partnership;
the zapolnenny questionnaire (questionnaire) as of the established legal entity (kinds of activity, category of the subject of business, location, data on authorized capital, distribution of shares between founders and so forth);
✓ the Document confirming locations of limited liability partnership.
For nonresidents
✓ the Notarized copy of the passport (with the translation into Russian and state languages);
✓ the Copy of the migration card and if in the migration card the stay address, then the reference from hotel (with the indication of date of arrival and departure) or the lease contract of the room is not specified;
Registration terms:
