Mixers bladed (plugoobrazny) series of the joint venture are intended for mixing of food and chemically active products by method of compulsory bladed hashing. Bladed mixers are used mainly for mixing of products heavy, hardly mixed and subject to a komkovaniye.
The design of the bladed mixer consists of a frame, the overturned drum with blades-rassekatelyami, covers, the drive, control panels hashing and capsizing.
Blades of the bladed mixer in standard execution are manufactured of a thick corrosion-proof leaf and alternate the left and right turn. On the ends rassekatel can be established. Alternation of blades with the powerful spirals directed to the center which are in addition moving a product on mixer walls is possible.
The case of the bladed mixer is capable to rotate on 350 ° round its pivot-center. By means of this function the operator develops a barrel mouth in the provision of loading or unloading with the set corner.
All details of bladed mixers adjoining to a product are made of stainless steel. Perhaps completely corrosion-proof execution.
The rigid design of a frame and lack of handwork in the course of hashing and unloading does this mixer to the most suitable for labor-intensive processes of mixing of heavy products.
