Melting bathtub

The bathtub of melting is intended for a fire chamber of dairy and vegetable blocks of fat, oil and glaze. It is applied at the enterprises of the dairy industry in production lines of the combined butter, production lines of sweetened condensed milk from powdered milk, etc.

The design is made of food stainless steel and represents a double-walled horizontal vessel on four adjustable support. From above bathtubs the removable pipe lattice for melting of blocks of fat is located.

During the work, blocks of fat are displayed on a lattice in which the heat carrier (hot water or steam) moves. The melted fat flows down in a bathtub where the product does not stiffen thanks to the pallet with heating. From a bottom the melted product is removed spontaneously, thanks to a drain branch pipe.
