Disk brush polypropylene 120*550

At production of a brush disk the fiber made from the granulated polypropylene by an extrusion method on the import high-tech equipment and also the steel tape conforming to the state standard specifications and TU standards is used. The made researches and tests have shown that frost-resistant (to - 50 C), the wearproof and almost not absorbing moisture (0,01%) polypropylene is an ideal material for brushes. Diameter of section of pile can change depending on a scope and a season from 1,5 to 3,5 mm. The used bright orange dye with the reflecting properties does a brush noticeable on the carriageway.
