Engineering and geodetic researches - a complex of works on research of a hypsography, objects of the existing building, highway engineering and other elements of a landscape. The main task of these researches is obtaining information and materials of topographic surveys for the subsequent complex assessment of a site for construction. These works are carried out at a predesign stage of building of the territory for justification and an assessment of the project, at a stage of construction of facilities of real estate or highway engineering, and under operating conditions and eliminations of buildings and constructions. And, they can be carried out as in a complex with other engineering surveys, and separate research.

The complex of works on engineering and geodetic researches allows to solve a number of questions, concerning rational placement of a construction object on the district, its bindings to the existing buildings and necessary connection to engineering networks. By results of researches our experts give a full assessment on a design of the district and predict behavior of object in time taking into account possible change of a relief of a site, especially it concerns the territory with a difficult relief and availability of seismonuclear cores, karsts, landslides or other geological phenomena.
