The winnower is the modern equipment intended for purification of grain and seeds of sunflower of light impurity (a peel, leaves, etc.). Can work as independently, and as a part of technological lines of processing and cleaning of production of grain, seeds, grain (a buckwheat, wheat, oats, etc.). The winnower is applied also in technological lines of roasting and processing of sunflower seeds of sunflower, pumpkin, etc.
Principle of action of a winnower:
The product from the reception bunker of a winnower moves in "a vortex cone" where under the influence of the discharge created by the fan, and rotation of the multi-blade vortex turbine there is a cleaning of a product on the specific density of particles. Heavier particles under the influence of centrifugal force are untwisted by a stream of air and on spiral walls of a winnower flow down down, and more lungs are fond of the ascending stream and are removed in system of aspiration. The stream force (air draft) is regulated by gates.
The winnower differs in a continuous operating mode that positively affects equipment productivity. Rather volume loading bunker of a winnower allows to process bigger quantity of production at the expense of what the output and sales volume increases.
