Volume timbering

Volume racks of a timbering folding perestavnoy are intended for construction of monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete designs at a temperature of air from -40 °C to +45 °C. Besides volume racks can be applied as a timbering of overlappings and flying structures of bridges (platforms and other similar constructions), and also at an obdelka of the tunnels built in the opened and closed way as a tunnel timbering.

In comparison with alternative designs (telescopic racks for a timbering of overlappings, various rounds), volume racks ensure 10 times bigger simplicity and safety of works on construction of high-rise overlappings, at comparable, and often and lower cost of the equipment. Connection of volume racks and crossbars is provided with the exclusive maple knot providing both simple and reliable connection, and mutual centering of a volume rack and crossbar on a right angle.
