The vibration, trellised separator with the connected aspiration box is intended for all shops where cleaning of agricultural products of sewage and impurity is carried out. These cars are intended for cleaning of all agrarian products.
The vibration, trellised separator provides cleaning of products on couple of grids on the basis of a difference of the size of separate particles.
Cleaning of grids is carried out by means of rubber balls. Working fluctuations are provided by pair of vibration engines. The Nadvyazyvayushchy aspiration box provides office of light sewage. The adjustable wall of the aspiration channel allows optimum control of a form of the air channel. The integrated separator with the fan and recirculation of air allow to lower an electric power expense to the minimum level. The built - in permanent magnet provides catching of metal impurity. The box - shaped design of cars and recirculation of air exclude penetration of dust into the environment. For different applications it is possible to deliver independently vibration, trellised separator or an aspiration box. The air system of an aspiration box can be delivered also without air recirculation, a separator of sewage, or the fan.
At the request of the consumer of the car are equipped with lattices for different products.
