ArcGIS Server is intended for sharing of geographical information by unlimited number of users.

ArcGIS Server is used at the small and large enterprises to provide cartographical information on the intranet/Internet to networks, to optimize internal working processes, to resolve production problems, to coordinate activity of various services.

ArcGIS Server provides a convenient platform for creation of the corporate geographic information system allowing:

• To operate all spatial data and cartographical services centrally.
• To increase productivity of the existing cartographical web applications and to create new web applications which represent not just cards with a changeable scale and obtaining information on objects on the card but also give the chance of processing and updating of the provided information.
• To create the web applications possessing functionality of desktop GIS ArcGIS Desktop.
• To introduce a geographic information system in the existing information structure of the enterprise, uniting GIS the server and spatial data with other information systems of the enterprise among which there are control systems of the relations with clients (CRM) or systems of planning and resource management of the enterprise (ERP).
• To quickly solve specialized problems, creating the applications uniting geographical contents with functionality of GIS.

• ArcGIS Server with success is used as the "box" decision which is not demanding special programming and serious control. For the solution of highly specialized tasks there are developed and well documentary development tools (.NET and JAVA) by means of which it is possible to create user applications.

  You can use ArcGIS Desktop to create cards, models and instruments of data processing, and then through ArcGIS Server it is easily possible to make them available for a wide range of users.

  ArcGIS Server exists in the form of three levels of functionality - Advanced, Standard or Basic, and in the form of two editions for each level - Workgroup (ArcGIS Server for the working group) and Enterprise (ArcGIS Server for corporate use).
