Zinc protects metal from corrosion and influence of an ultraviolet, has electrochemical resilience that gives to metal durability and reliability. At the expense of it the galvanized sheet of iron (galvanization) is widely applicable in many industries. It is applied in construction - installation works, in mechanical engineering, automotive industry, production of the different equipment and equipment, in shipbuilding, at a structure of granaries, and also the galvanized sheet is used as the decorative metal sheet, for facing of facades.
One of the main applications - the roof from galvanized metal sheets, for production of tin and water waste products, is irreplaceable galvanization in production of the body of washing machines and refrigerators, tanks with drinking water, guaranteeing to a covering the long term of operation.
Production of galvanized metal sheets is carried out in several steps. At first the leaf passes heat treatment, degreasing, etching, washing, only after that plunges into galvanic solution therefore on a surface of metal a ferro-zinc alloy is formed that leads to strengthening of anticorrosive property. Then the leaf or a roll is cooled.
