Cross ties of Sh1-1 (KB-65) are intended for laying on the way of a rail of R-50, R-65, R-75 and conform to requirements of ST of RK 1447-2005. Depending on the level of crack resistance, geometrical parameters, and also quality of concrete surfaces these cross ties are divided into two grades: the first and second. Cross ties of the first grade are applied on the main, high-speed ways of JSC KTZh Oil Company, and cross ties of the second grade are applied on access, station and low-active roads. Service life of such cross ties - 50 years.
