1. Description

The priming structure of AcryliTop PC100 Base Coat represents the covering on an acrylic basis of light gray color used as the first layer when drawing a covering of AcryliTop PC100 by means of the roller.

2. Preparation

Before drawing a covering of AcryliTop PC100 of a surface of Epdmmembrany RubberGard have to be pure and dry, and also not have on itself foreign materials and pollution. After cleaning of garbage from a roof it is necessary to make its cleaning with use of cleaner, suitable for this purpose.

3. Drawing

The covering of AcryliTop PC100 Base Coat is usually put by means of the roller. The consumption rate when drawing a basic covering of AcryliTop PC100 Base Coat (light gray color) makes about 20 sq.m on gallon. Before movements on a roof give to AcryliTop PC100 covering the chance to dry. Time of drying of this material makes about 24 hours depending on weather conditions. Examine the put covering with the purpose to be convinced that the surface of a membrane is completely covered. Put a covering of AcryliTop PC100 Base Coat in addition in those places where it is necessary for providing a full covering of a membrane.

4. Consumption rate

Dilution of this material is not allowed. When drawing a basic covering the consumption rate makes 20 sq.m on gallon.

6. Packing / Storage / Expiration date

Packing: Buckets of 5 gallons (18,9 l).

Storage: To store in the sealed factory container at temperatures from 15 °C to 25 °C. Not to allow freezing of the material AcryliTop PC100 Base Coat. A sign of freezing of this material is its "cottage cheese" consistence. In this case use of a covering is not allowed.

Expiration date: 9 months on condition of storage according to the above instructions. Before use to check date of production on each bucket.

7. Precautionary measures

This covering should not be put when within 24 hours after drawing deterioration in weather conditions or a cold snap up to the temperature below 7 °C is expected. Not to subject this material to influence of temperatures above 38 °C and below 0 °C. See. Reference guides according to safety measures during the work with the corresponding materials. For washing off of this material it is recommended to use water.
