PB-2000 frother is intended for use by production of foam concrete.
PB-2000 frother is characterized by the following indicators:
1. Appearance at (20-25) °C — Uniform transparent liquid from light yellow till brown color
2. Density at 20 °C, kg/m3 — 1000-1200
3. A hydrogen indicator (rn) frother, in limits — 7,0-10,0
4. Frequency rate of foam of working solution with a volume fraction of frother of 4%, not menee7,0 (a laboratory technique)
5. Stability of foam, with, not less — 360.
On extent of impact on a human body PB-2000 frother low-dangerous substance (IV class of danger). PB-2000 frother is delivered in the form of a concentrate. PB-2000 frother is recommended to apply in the form of 3% (about.) water solution of the concentrate called by working solution. For preparation of 100 l of such solution take 97 liters of water and 3 liters of frother and mix to uniformity. Frequency rate of the foam received from working solution on the foamer substantially is defined by quality of the used water the Expense of a concentrate of PB-2000 frother on 1 mz foam concrete depends on the level of the used technology and on density of the received material. The frozen PB-2000 frother after defrosting completely restores the properties. When defrosting it is allowed, temperature increase of frother is not higher than +50º C. After full thawing of a product weight is mixed to uniformity and used in production.
Production is packed into the 200th liter barrels (the container is not paid).
