Mills corundum the TORMENTS series are intended for crushing of crystal products (sugar, salt, fructose, etc.) with a productivity from 100-hundred to 2000-thousand kg. / hour. These industrial mills differ in simplicity of a design, high reliability, a practicality in work. In comparison with other cars have the highest term of operation before capital repairs. The fraction of a grinding and productivity directly depend on giving of a product which is regulated by the gate, and can differ from passport data depending on the required quality of a grinding.

Description of a design:
The mill consists of the following main parts: table, engine, protection cover, drive, case, rotor, stator, loading bunker, gate, cover, belt of fastening of bags, collection feedwell.
The mill is made in acidproof option both partially, and completely of stainless steel.
The principle of work of a mill is based on a product grinding between the rotating rotor with plug-in corundum fingers and the motionless stator, and also from mutual blows of crystals among themselves. The rotor rotates with a high speed (to 11000-thousand rpm) . The carrier of the ground particles is air which, flying by in a final phase through a bag, leaves them in a bag. Air is also cooling environment for the ground product. The crushed product from the bunker through a loading opening gets to a working zone of a mill where, at the expense of the rotor rotating with a high speed there is a crushing of a product. The loading opening of the bunker if necessary is blocked by the gate. The stator is mounted on a cover. Rotation of a rotor is carried out by the engine by means of a belt drive and the drive with bearing couple. The engine is installed on a mobile arm. Adjustment of a tension of a belt drive is carried out by means of the adjusting screw. The drive is fixed in the case, on the drive the rotor is established. The belt drive is closed by a casing. All knots and details are mounted on a desktop. The crushed product leaves through an opening in a table under the pressure of air and gets to the assembly bag fixed by a belt on the collection feedwell.
