CSC (Cement and Sand Covering) a covering is used for ensuring reliable protection of an internal surface of a pipe against corrosion.
The area of use of the TsPP method is wide – diameters of the sanified pipelines can be from 150 to 1500 mm, the range of outer diameters for sanitation of steel pipes of 76-2020 mm. and pressure size in the pipeline is not limited.
Isolation of TsPP has passive and active effect:
1. the passive effect is reached due to mechanical isolation of walls of pipes by a layer of solution which structure and a way of drawing, method of a centrifugal nabryzg, guarantees high extent of consolidation and durability of a covering.
2. the active effect of protection is based on alkaline reaction of cement mortar in which time there is a saturated solution of a hydroxide of calcium with size rn equal 12,6. Under these conditions iron in wide area of potentials is in a passive state, i.e. the increased corrosion stability.
