The Drazherovochny MB-120 reel is used to drawing a glazirovochny, polishing, drazherovochny layer on nuts, raisin, dried fruits, drawings additives, dyes, fragrances on a product. It is used in the confectionery industry.

The Drazherovochny drum includes a bed, a reducer, a copper in the structure. In a bed the plate on which the motor reducer settles down fastens. The drum is rotated by means of bearing knots which set in motion and a plate. Speed of rotation and raising of a drazherovochny drum is regulated by frequency converters, one of which is responsible for the speed of rotation of the drum, and another regulates its rise. Loading and unloading of a drazherovochny drum is followed by capsizing and raising of a drum. One of frequency converters is also responsible for these actions.

At start the drazherovochny drum is rotated that promotes effective mixing of food additives, dyes, glaze or other substances with a product. Additives allow to make goods more attractive at the expense of color or flavoring characteristics.

The Drazherovochny MB-120 reel can be manufactured both partially, and completely of stainless steel that allows to prolong equipment service life. For convenience of work the drazherovochny drum is equipped with the block of adjustment of speed of rotation that allows to monitor accurately process of giving and provides comfortable working conditions.
