Deep pallet rack of Steller
Deep (stuffed) stellazhiprednaznachena for warehousing a pallet in channels by the principle of "LIFO": the last came - the first left. As well as frontal, deep racks are a kind of racks for placement a pallet, but the system of processing of goods is various: deep racks exclude direct access to each separate section, but for storage the pallet which do not need to be loaded and unloaded often, such racks are irreplaceable. Are applied to storage of uniform freights and seasonal goods with a long period of storage. Also deep racks for a pallet are actively applied in cameras with an artificial microclimate (low-temperature, refrigerating, with air conditioning system, etc.)
Deep racks represent the system consisting of vertical frames, the top beams and guides on which pallets with freight are put. Deep pallet racks are especially effective in cases of the limited range of big batches of uniform goods and low intensity of processing. In deep racks for a pallet there is no direct access to each pallet, but the maximum density of storage due to reduction of number of drives between separate blocks of racks is reached.
Loading and unloading a pallet comes from deep racks by entrance of a loader in the channel of system. At first the back layer, then previous and so on to forward is filled. Unloading of a rack happens upside-down. Pallets keep within on guides (deep beams) the narrow party, thanks to it there is an opportunity to use pallets in one channel EURO and FIN.
