Milk coolers open Arctic 2000

The design of the cooler open milk consists of a reservoir which is connected with a device for automatic mixing of milk and drain valve.

Technical description of open type "Arctic 2000" milk coolers

At the bottom of the cold source thermally insulated milk cooling tank "Arctic 2000" located - tubular evaporators. All coolers open type "Arctic" milk compressors provided with French "Maneurop", which ensure the production of 12,000 to 34,000 kilocalories per hour. Within a short period of time the milk is cooled from 36 to 4 degrees (rapid cooling takes place due to direct contact of the milk with tubular coolers) and automated mixing ensures uniform temperature distribution in the tank.

The cooling unit is equipped with an automatic instrument panel and the trigger mechanism, a filter, a receiver and condensing apparatus, which are connected to chillers. On the control panel constantly displays the current temperature of the milk in the tank; as soon as it rises above the permissible level of automatically included coolers, which are then (when it reaches the desired temperature) proceeds in its maintenance mode.

Use of multiple - tube evaporator with refrigerant unaltered (freon) is the main difference between the coolers milk "Arctic" from the other of cooling tanks.

Coolers "Arctic" durable and can withstand great pressure, and is not afraid of washing with hot water tank.
