The car universal cutting (travorezk) MUR-100 is intended for crushing and a grinding of herbs, flowers, stalks, roots of herbs. On this travorezka bark of trees, medicinal mushrooms with wood structure is perfectly crushed (for example, a mushroom of Chaga). The car consists of the module of cutting and the module of a grinding. The cutting module makes rough, preliminary crushing by means of the powerful knives rotating on a shaft and located on a spiral. Crushing of a product happens at the time of passing of the cutting knives through two motionless combs. Previously cut or chipped product forces the way by car in the grinding module where there is a final crushing of a product to the established fraction. The required fraction is set by means of installation on the car of the metal punched sieve with the required cell. Are available a sieve with cells from 0,8 to 15 mm. For selection of fraction of a grinding we recommend to consult with the producer. Giving of a product in the car is carried out by the operator through an entrance tray. The crushed product gets enough sleep in the bag fixed under a car desktop from filter fabric.

By the size of a round sieve it is possible to assume the average size of the received product, having applied coefficient 0,7. For example, at a sieve with an opening of 4 mm, the received product 4 x 0,7 = 2,8 mm.
Speed of rotation of a rotor - size, inversely proportional fractions of a grinding and productivity. For example, the speed is higher, the productivity less fraction of a grinding is more, but the amount of dust is higher. Humidity influences amount of dust. At the overdried raw materials the amount of dust increases.
